Interpretation & Definitions

In these terms & conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use surewin bet's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Is at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Has never had an account on the surewin bet platform closed or suspended previously.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register under the Responsible Gambling programme.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. surewin bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian identity card) at any time for KYC compliance purposes.

Registration is free and requires no initial deposit. However, you will need to complete email and/or phone number verification before your first deposit can be made.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the surewin bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are limited to Malaysian local banking and digital wallet options only.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• GrabPay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmOnline, and other Malaysian banks)

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Daily maximum deposit: RM 50,000 (subject to account level).
• Deposit processing time: typically 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can be made to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit.
• Processing time: 5–30 minutes for regular members; 5 minutes or less for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
• No withdrawal fees are charged for standard withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

Surewin bet offers a variety of bonus and promotion programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which can be found on the promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at surewin bet:

• Each bonus comes with a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between different accounts.
• A member is only eligible to receive each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed using bonus funds in games listed under the exclusion list do not count towards rollover requirements.
• Surewin bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus without notice if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the surewin bet platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be reversed except in the event of event cancellation or a technical ruling affecting the validity of the match.
• Minimum bet varies by game type — typically starting from RM 1 for Sports Betting and RM 5 for casino games.
• Surewin bet reserves the right to reject, void, or block any bet suspected of involving fraud, odds manipulation, or system exploitation.
• In the event of a technical error that displays incorrect odds, surewin bet reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund only the original stake.
• For live in-play Sports Betting, odds can change rapidly. Bets confirmed at a specific set of odds are final, even if the odds change after confirmation.
• All match results are based on the official results issued by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute, the decision of surewin bet management is final.

For casino games, all games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited and certified. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including surewin bet itself.

Prohibited Member Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the surewin bet platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal, transfer, or "launder" funds obtained through illegal means.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else's.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating fake accounts, sharing account information with others, or using unauthorised methods to obtain multiple bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Betting based on insider information or participating in any match-fixing arrangement.
• Unauthorised Software Usage: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Loan Accounts: Using an account belonging to another individual, or allowing another individual to use your account.

Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and surewin bet. We are committed to protecting your account with the latest technology, but you are also required to take the following steps:

• Use a strong, unique password — a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session on a public or shared device.
• Contact the surewin bet support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Surewin bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel outside the official platform. If you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported immediately.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may close your surewin bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any remaining funds will be returned once KYC verification is complete and all bonus rollover requirements have been met.

Suspension by surewin bet: We reserve the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Requests from Malaysian authorities.
• Death of a member (the account will be handled in accordance with established procedures for legal heirs).

Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit to keep your losses within what you can afford.

Limitation of Liability

Surewin bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or playing on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from a cybersecurity incident, despite our having taken reasonable protective measures.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers and game providers.

Surewin bet's maximum liability to any member in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in the member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Surewin bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms & conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the surewin bet website.

We will notify members of significant amendments via:

• In-platform notifications on your surewin bet account.
• Email to your registered address (for significant amendments).
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the surewin bet platform after any amendments take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please contact us to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms & conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the surewin bet platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact the surewin bet support team via live chat or email. We are committed to resolving all complaints within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If a resolution is not reached at the support level, the dispute will be referred to surewin bet senior management for review within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules in Malaysia.

Surewin bet's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these terms is final and binding, subject to any legal rights held by members under applicable Malaysian law.
